The Public Health Agency of Sweden (FoHM) is a government agency that works to secure preconditions for health based on equal terms by monitoring and analyzing the effects of important determinants including environmental factors, urban planning and nutrition on the development of public health. FoHM also evaluates the effects of public health interventions, health promotion; disease prevention, and the support of communicable disease control.
